NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a conditional use permit submitted by Union Dairy, LLP, of Sauk Centre, MN according to the requirements of Section 4.4, 4.8, 4.14, 6.7 and 9.1 of Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance #439 to modify existing Conditional Use Permit conditions.  The property under consideration is located at 45383 Zellwood Road, Sauk Centre, MN 56378 in the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 35N, T127N R35W, Ashley Township.

Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2013 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Stearns County Service Center West, Room 121, 3301 County Road 138, Waite Park, Minnesota.        

A copy of the proposed request is on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minnesota and can be viewed during regular business hours.  This request/information can also be viewed approximately one week prior to the meeting at co.stearns.mn.us by clicking on Board and Committee meetings.  Action taken on this application will be available shortly after the meeting at the same web site location.

The General Fund Budget will be categorized into the following:

 

Managers Compensation and Training Expenses $26,168

Operations and Administration Expenses $355,710

Education Expenses $83,451

Monitoring Expenses $72,160

Incentive Program Expenses $119,327

Drainage Authority Expenses $13,745

Permit Authority Expenses $37,800

Weed Harvester Program Expenses $300       

Total General Fund Budget $717,661

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Sauk River Watershed District Board of Managers will meet at the Sauk River Watershed District Office in Sauk Centre, MN on Tuesday, July 16th, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of continuing consideration on the forgoing proposed final budget with a maximum administrative levy of $622,055.00.  The remaining budget will be met through additional non-property tax funding sources.  At such time any interested person may appear either in person or by a representative and will be given an opportunity for a full and complete discussion of proposed budget set forth and contained above.
