Local man's product featured on Twin Cities Live

A vertical planting rack invented by a Sauk Centre man was featured on Twin Cities Live on Tuesday afternoon.
Brian Johnson, who owns a home on Sauk Lake, had his product featured as one of the top 10 innovative products at the Minneapolis Home and Garden Show. His product, called Growermate, was featured by Innovation Avenue host Sasha Andreev during a short segment that aired at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Johnson’s product is unique in that it allows up to 18 planters in 2.5 square feet of space, using a vertical hand-welded rack made entirely in the USA and manufactured in central Minnesota.
You can learn more about Growermate by going to www.growermate.com. We will be featuring Johnson and his product in our upcoming Home & Garden section to be published March 21.
