Elrosa – The Elrosa Saints ended Lake Henry’s unbeaten string at seven games with a 3-1 win Friday, June 8.
Sauk Centre’s improbable run at a state tournament berth ended last Thursday with a 3-1 loss to Little Falls.
For the third year in a row, Macy Weller finished her time at the state track and field meet on the medals stand.
Carter Kranz came within one stroke of making the cut to get into the Section 6AA finals at the playoff meet hosted by Blackberry Ridge Golf Course in Sartell.
Kranz shot an 83 to lead the Mainstreeters, while the cutoff for the finals round was 82.
