Online Edition
- When is the paper posted online?
The online version of the Herald is posted each Tuesday morning. - Can I subscribe to the paper online?
Yes. Click on the link at the top of the page entitled "Subscribe" and follow the online directions. - Is everything in the print version of the paper online as
well?
Almost. Most of the news and all classifieds are available online as well as obituaries, births and columists, plus much more. We reserve the right to choose which stories get posted online. - Can I request a copy of a photo or article that has been
printed in the Herald
If the article was also published online, you will be able to find it in the "Archives" by using the "Search" feature. - Do you have an archive of old papers available online for
research
Yes. Any article that was published online is kept on our website for an indefinite period of time. You can access those archives by doing a "Site Search" located in the lower left hand side navagation bar. Or use the "Advanced Search" feature. - Can I view a classified ad that ran last week or earlier?
Our Classifieds section has a nice searchable area that will assist you in finding what you are looking for.
You can subcribe to the Herald by calling our office at 320-352-6577, stopping by our office at 522 Sinclair Lewis Ave., Sauk Centre, MN 56378 or faxing your subscription request to 320-352-5647 Attn: Circulation Department. You can also subscribe online! Just fill out the easy to use online form and your subcription will be processed immediately.
We accept Visa or Mastercard for payment.
Any mail subscription request including a new subscription , change of address or other customer care request will be taken care of by the next issue's publication.
If you notify us in advance, we will suspend delivery, and your account will be credity for the time you are away. We just need the effective dates that you require the suspension.
Changes of address or temporary suspensions will be handled by the next issue's publication.

Copies: We have both black and White and Color Copy
Services Available in 8.5x11" and 11x17" sizes and
can reproduce copies on White, Pastel or Astrobright Paper in
a variety of weights. Single and Double Sided copies are available.

SPECIAL CONCERNS
Birthday ads in the Herald may include a photo
that must be submitted to the Herald along with the copy by the
deadline. The cost is $14.20 for a 1 column by 2 inch ad.
Card of Thanks - $5.00 for the first 50 words plus 10
cents for each additional word.
Social Announcements - First
Insertion is FREE. Second insertion is $10.00 ($15.00 if a photo
is to be included.)
Garage Sale - ads typically published in the Shopper grouped together with other similar garage sale ads with a common heading. The size of the ads run 1 column by 2-1/2" and the cost is $15.00. Customers get 2 free Garage Sale signs that can be picked up at the Herald office. (Extra signs are just 25 cents each) Garage Sale ads are also posted online at no additional charge!
