Enclosed is my $60 ($55 for college students and senior citizens; high school students are free, but must register and pay $15 for lunch) for the Saturday, October 8, 2011 Sinclair Lewis Writers Conference. I understand that my registration covers all four sessions (most will be repeated during the day), the catered lunch and keynote speech, breaks, and the reception at the historic Palmer House Hotel.

1. Fees are only refundable until five days before the conference.
2. Lunches are ordered on the basis of registration three days before the conference. Please have registration forms returned by October 4th, 2011.
