Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Sonja Rosenberg whose address is 311 Hamline Avenue S, St. Paul, MN 55105, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 28 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SAUK CENTRE AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY AS
OUTLINED IN SECTION 156.036 OF THE CITY CODE
THE CITY OF SAUK CENTRE DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That after proper notification, publication and public hearing, the Sauk Centre City Council has determined to delete from the boundaries of the R-1 (Residential and Two Family) District certain land, and to include said described land in a I-C (Industrial Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. The official Zoning Map shall be and hereby is amended to provide that following described lands located in the City of Sauk Centre, County of Stearns and State of Minnesota, shall be included in a I-C (Industrial-Commercial) District and shall be removed from the R-1 (Residential and Two-Family) District.

Lying southwesterly of County Road No. 72 and specifically including that part of vacated right-of-way of County Road No. 72, less and excepting the South 7 feet of the West 138 feet thereof.
And less and except:
That part of Lot 6 of State Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 126 North, Range 34 West, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Stearns County Recorder lying southerly and westerly of the following describe line: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 6; thence South 00° 12’ 24” East, (assumed bearing) along the west line of said Lot 6, a distance of 31.31 feet to a point of on a 5,794.58 foot radius curve which the center of said curve bears North 52° 10’ 18” East from said point, said curve also being the southwesterly right-of-way line of County Road No. 72, as monumented, and said point is also the beginning of the line to be described; thence southeasterly along said southwesterly right-of-way line and along said 5,794.58 foot radius curve, central angle 03° 30’ 27”, 354.72 feet, thence South 00° 12’ 24” East, 360.11 feet to the south line of said Lot 6 and said line there terminating.
The tract contains 1.36 acres more or less and is subject to easements, reservations or restrictions of record, if any.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication according to law.
The foregoing Ordinance was duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Sauk Centre, Minnesota at its regular meeting on 21st day of September, 2022
