Federal Finding of No Significant Impact

For Actions Involving Sauk Centre Municipal Airport

The city of Sauk Centre and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) have completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Sauk Centre Municipal Airport in accordance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements.  This EA covers the following proposed improvements include:

• Acquire land to provide airport land use control within the Runway Protection Zone (RPZ)

Based on the EA analyses and procedures, the FAA has approved a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), thus concluding the NEPA process for the proposed actions.  Pursuant to Part 1506 of NEPA, the FONSI, along with the Final Environmental Assessment, is being made available for public review for 15 days following this notice at the following locations:

 NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
