TO THE CITY OF SAUK CENTRE PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 414.0325, SUBD. 1(b)
The City of Sauk Centre and Sauk Centre Township will be considering the adoption by joint resolution of an orderly annexation agreement annexing certain portions of Sauk Centre Township into the City of Sauk Centre.
The properties intended to be included in the agreement are as follows:
That part of the of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 16, Township 126 North Range 34 West, Stearns County, Minnesota lying northerly and easterly of the southwesterly right of way line of Interstate Highway No. 94.
The Sauk Centre City Council will consider adopting the Joint Resolution for annexation of said properties at their regular meeting of March 16, 2022 at 6:30 PM at City Hall in Sauk Centre, Minnesota.
The Sauk Centre Town Board will consider adopting the Joint Resolution for annexation of said properties at their regular meeting on March 8, 2022 at 8:30 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Annual Town Meeting and Election of the Town of Getty in the County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at the Elrosa Fire Hall, 207 State Street, Elrosa, MN.
